War_Council

The War Council will consist of a group of men experienced in war tactics and politics that will decide decisions on the course of warfare within our empire. The War Council is needed for the security of our territory, and for a center of authority for our military. The guild leader will head the War Council. The War Council will have certain powers and responsibilities, which are listed below.

Powers of the War Council:
1: The War Council will reserve the right, to at any time, chose to make the decision of a declaration of war against another nation/guild/group of players. If The War Council decides to do so, The Senate will then second the declaration. After these steps have been taken, in the order listed, the guild leader will announce the declaration to the entire guild, and its sub-guilds and allies.
2: The War Council will be the highest authority in all matters concerning the command of military regiments.
3: The War Council may draw up a peace treaty in times of war.
4: The War Council may draw up military treaties of any kind with other guilds.
5: The War Council will design the training program for New Recruits.
6: The War Council will enforce policing within the guild.
7: The War Council may move a member of the guild's rank up, so long as not to exceed rank four.
8: The War Council may organise regiments to actively guard against attack from other nations without the approval of The Senate.
9: If a declaration of war is made by The War Council, and is not promply voted on by all available members of The Senate, then The War Council may declare war without the approval of The Senate.
10: The War Council will withhold the right to restrict the ammount of regiments within the guild.
11: The head of The War Council may bring up a hearing for which members of The War Council will vote on whether or not a member is removed from their poistion in The War Council.
