The Senate is an office of the guild that will be in charge of many new ideas and policies within the guild. Furthermore, it will be to put a check on the power of The War Council and other offices within the guild. The head of The Senate will be chosen by a vote from all members of the Order of the Black Lion. The leader of a sub-guild of the Order of the Black Lion will automatically have a seat on The Senate. The seats open to the Order of the Black Lion (not including the head of The Senate) will be no more than two for every one member from a sub-guild. When the leader of a sub-guild is not present at the time of a Senate meeting, the next in charge of that sub-guild will attend in his/her place. The powers of The Senate are listed below.

Powers of the Senate: 1: The Senate will reserve the power to veto a declaration of war passed down by The War Council. 2: The Senate will reserve the power to elect more members of the Senate so long as to abide by the number of seats allowed by each guild. 3: The Senate will reserve the power to dissolve a Clergy. 4: The Senate will reserve the power to remove the guild leader of The Order of the Black Lion. Only members in The Senate that are members of Order of the Black Lion may vote on this. 5: The Senate will reserve the right to veto a proposition by the Guildleader of Order of the Black Lion that will enter the guild into an alliance with another guild or guilds.

NOTE- An addition to the powers of the Senate may be created, so long as not to take away powers from other offices.
