Ok, these are the new elections, they work slightly different then last time. Each team will elect a leader, who will be put in the 'council' The council discusses things that need to be brought to attention and any other important matters. Also the leader gets total control of that team, he is allowed to order them around. However if the leader wishes he can pass the leadership to someone else. All members of a orginization can vote, but not for themselves.
