Ported intake manifold to match the Weber-I just opened up the top to match the Weber.  I also had to open up the gasket and the phenolic spacer as well.  I cleaned up the top of the runners as well (4th picture).  I used shorted studs for the Weber as the original ones for the Solex are too long and require thick washers to tighten down. 

Sprint exhaust manifold with stainless steel studs and copper lock nuts painted with 1500 degree paint.  Ground off the "triangle" on top of the sprint to clear the bottom of the intake.  Got these studs and nuts at www.ssstuds.com.

Used a new gasket between the manifolds and the head.
