This is the all original interior of my GT.
The dash is perfect. There is a worn spot on the drivers seat next to the release lever. Otherwise it is pretty much perfect.
My next project will be some leather seats our of a Mazda Miata MX5. They fit nicely and have speakers in the headrest. The GT is not the easier car to place speakers in so everything helps. I am also going to put in modern 3 pt retractable seat belts for ease and safety.
