My Computer
This web site is made possible with the help of my computer. Presently, my computer hardware consist of the following specs:
- motherboard Asus A7V266-E Via KT266A Chipset and DDR Dram
- memory Crucial DDR 266 dram 778mb RAM
- processor AMD Athlon XP 1700
- agp card Matrox G550
- Hard Disk Maxtor 40gig
- Iomega CD-RW
- Sony CD/DVD
- Philips 109S monitor
- Creative Soundblaster live
With 40 gig of hardisk, I have 6 OS consisting of 3 linux partitions RedHat 8, Mandrake 9, an experimental partition (linux, FreeBSD, OS/2, and Solaris) 2 Windows (Windows XP and Win 2000) and 1 BEOS(BEOS Max Edition). The layout of my partition is below. Click to enlarge.
For my boot manager, I use "bootman" which is the boot manager of BEOS. I like this boot manger coz it is simple and easy to configure, but you have to install BEOS to use this feature. This is how I was able to install, configure, use and try different OS for my hands-on experience.

This is my latest WinXP desktop in dual head with MILK visual style, YzShadow and Objectdock. I like this visual style coz it is white and almost like milk. I'm using Flykites v4 system files. I'm longing to have an Apple computer since I got interested with computer but I cannot afford to have one coz of its high price. I hope that Apple will port it to the Intel platform. The browser on the left is Mozilla Firefox with Smoke theme from Aaron Spuler and on the right is Mozilla with a Apollo theme also by Aaron.
Above is my Linux desktop, the left screen shot is Gnome2 with another OSX theme, Mozilla Firebird browser with Safari theme and xmms mp3 player. The other one is a KDE3 desktop with a Keramik theme. They all now support AA(anti alias) in text and looks good.
