Crispy Wonton

1# ground pork
2 shrimp, deveined,and chopped
1 can waterchestnuts, chopped
2 T. green onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 egg. beaten
2 T. chinese parsley
1 tsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. salt

mix all ingredients together.  place a spoon-full in middle of wonton pi; seal by moistening edges with water (rectangle or triangle shape).  deep fry til brown.   enjoy with hot mustard or soy sauce.

Spam Wonton

1 can spam
green onion, chopped - amount as desired
mayonnaise, amount as desired

mix all ingredients together.  place a spoon-full in middle of wonton pi; seal by moistening edges with water (rectangle or triangle shape).  deep fry til brown.   enjoy with hot mustard or plain.
Crab Stuffed Mushrooms

1# fresh mushrooms
1 8 oz. package imitation crab, chopped
2 T. butter
1 garlic, minced
salt
Tabasco
1/2 c. white wine
3 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 T. parmesan cheese
1 tsp. parsley, chopped

1.  Wash mushrooms, remove stems.
2.  Melt butter, saute garlic 1 minute.
3.  Add wine, crab, salt, Tabasco to taste.  Cool.
4.  Mix in cream cheese.
5.  Fill in mushroom caps.
6.  Mix bread crumbs, parmesan and parsley in separate bowl.  Sprinkle on top of filled caps.
7. Bake 400-degrees 10 minutes or til brown in a greased pan.
