| Crab Wonton 1 package imitation crab, chopped green onion, chopped - amount as desired 8 oz. cream cheese, softened mix all ingredients together. place a spoon-full in middle of wonton pi; seal by moisening edges with water into rectangle or triangle shape. deep fry til brown. drain on paper towels and enjoy with hot mustard or plain! |

| Macaroni/Potato Salad macaroni or spaghetto noodles, cooked and cooled - amount as you desire 2 potatoes, boiled, peeled, cooled and chopped 3 eggs, boiled, peeled and whites chopped (save yolks - see below) 1 cucumber, cut length-wise and then slice thin pieces, squeeze water out 1 carrot, shredded fine 1 sweet onion, chopped fine 1 can tuna, drained well salt and pepper to taste Best Foods or Helmanns mayonnaise - amount as you desire peas, thawed and drained well - optional mix all ingredients together. I sprinkle egg yolks on top. I smash the yolks through a wire strainer so the yolks get fluffy - looking. gives the salad a nice decorative touch. |

| Lorac's Hawaiian Meatballs Meatballs 1 � lbs. lean ground beef � lb. ground chicken or turkey 1 � c. fresh toasted breadcrumbs 1 (8 � oz) can crushed pineapple, well-drained � c. chopped onions 2 eggs � c. milk � c. reduced sodium soy sauce 1 T. minced fresh ginger Salt and pepper to taste Sauce: 1 T. cornstarch 2 T. water � c. reduced sodium soy sauce � orange, juice of � c. mirin � c. water 2 T. brown sugar � tsp. minced fresh garlic � tsp. minced fresh ginger 1. Meatballs: Preheat oven to 350�F. 2. Combine meat ball ingredients and shape into meat balls. 3. Bake 30 minutes or more depending on size. 4. Simmer in the sauce for 5 minutes before serving. 5. Sprinkle with scallions. 6. Sauce: Combine cornstarch and water. 7. Add remaining ingredients to a small sauce pan and bring to a boil. 8. Add the cornstarch mixture and stir until thickened. |
