Okay Okay. I know that I haven't updated this site in forever and most of you probably think that OIT
is dead. But fear not my friends, we are alive and well. We've been waiting for the site to get redone so we
I haven't updated it , but I promise it will be redone soon. We are also on the look out for a new drummer
so if you know of anyone, please e-mail us. We have had four drummers not work out so far and we really
want to hit ten or so before we break down and buy a drum machine. Also, thanks to everyone that voted for us
for opening the Fairlanes show. We didn't win of course, but atleast someone was cool enough to nominate us
(thanks mom). Well, seriously, check the site every day because it will be incredible...well, maybe not incredible
but next to incredible...o.k. fine it will be somewhat cool and will give you something to stare at for a few minutes
until you get bored. Hugs and Kisses.

Hi everybody. I was just looking at our site and remembered that I haven't written anything in two months.
Boy, am I a lazy bastard or what? Anyway, since we got back from tour, we gave Dan back to the Dropskots
and continued on with Tommy Lee Zack. We played an awesome show at the Tavern with the Thirteens and the Witter Coffield
Conspiracy. We ended the show with a Gina Go Faster cover, half the bar up on stage with us, and Zack putting a hole in
his snare drum the size of the drum itself. Go Zack. Then we played an all ages show at the Raven the next week with
Misunderstood, No Place For a Hero, and some other cool new bands Dyssaranged and Shortchanged. It was also alot of fun and I fell on my ass.
Punk rock I guess. Plus, some kid stage dove...wish there was more people. but it was cool anyway. Other than that, not much has happened.
Oh yeah, we got played on the Locals Show on KTCL. Thanks Nerf. It's on Sunday nights at midnight, check it out and support the locals. Well, I promise I'll write more often
in the future. Also, our website is getting re-done soon so keep checking back. Peace Out.

8/28/00 "Our first Tour, by Chris Tafoya"
Tour...what a great idea. It was the funnest thing we've ever done. However, we did hit a few bumps in the road as
I'm sure all bands do. After driving for 15 hours the night before, we showed up in Tucson, Az only to find out
that we were the only band to show up. Luckily, the owner was cool enough to get us another show down the street.
So thanks to Skrappy's and the Double Zero for helping us out. Then we drove to Corona the next day and played with the Teen Idols,
Osker, and Luckie Strike. It was a lot of fun. But then things took a turn...(is the suspense killing you?). We
showed up at Al's bar in L.A. and played for zero people. That's right, zero. But they did give us a free barbeque so
we couldn't complain. The next day we found out that two of our shows were cancelled in CA so we went to the beach and
drowned our sorrows in a lot of cheap booze. Then we broke the hell out of Cali and hit Vegas on our way back through Denver.
THEN!! We redeemed ourselves again. We played at Sprockets in New Mexico and had an awesome time, still drinking a lot of cheap booze,
and then went to Durango the next day. Durango is so awesome. Go there. Infact, stop reading this and go there now.
Oh yeah, back to the story. We played the summit with our friends the Thirteens and the Neighbors and drank even more cheap booze (
Schlitz to be exact). So thanks to all the bands we played with and all the people who came to see other bands but
watched us too. Oh yeah, Thanks to Dan from the Dropskots for drumming for us on tour. He did awesome. Go see the Dropskots and GGF on September 8th at the Tavern. We'll be there on the 22nd
of September also. Also, King Bee has a new zine coming out "The Royal Buzz". Check it out, it's free and it's all
about the Denver Music scene. Talk to you Later.

Hey guys. Sorry I haven't posted anyhting in a while. We've been so busy trying to get our CD done,
that we've kind of slacked on our website. Anyway, New tour dates are up, it's all pretty much set and we take off
next week. COME TO OUR CD RELEASE PARTY!!! It's at the 15th St. Tavern on July 22. We're playing with our good friends Gina Go
Faster and the Dropskots. We really tried to do a free all ages show the night before, but all of our efforts failed miserably.
So, for any one who can't go, I promise we are going to do something as soon as we get back from tour. Speaking of
which, Dan from the Dropskots is touring with us as our drummer. Some things came up and Zack couldn't go,
so thanks Dan. That's all I guess. Our CD will be in stores on July 22nd (probably at Wax Trax, Twist and Shout, and Black and Read
). Oh yeah, if you want a free catalog of our stuff and King Bee stuff in general, send us an e-mail with your address.
Thanks again for the support. See you at the shows.

Well, we just finished recording our full length CD. It's going to be mixed down this week and Mastered June 10th, so we are hoping to have it out right around July 15th
but nothing is final yet. We are very excited about it and Jesse Fox did an amazing job recording us. In other news, for those of you who joined our mailing list,
it will be coming out as a King Bee list. Our drummer Zack just got back from his honeymoon so it's time to start rockin' the house again. We are starting to book
a lot of shows for the summer and are heading out on tour in late July. Make sure to check out the Tour Dates section. Come check us out
at the Tavern June 12th with Align from Minnesota, it will be a good time.

Thanks to all who came out to the spot show. It was a total success (meaning Dan of the Dropskots didn't lose the two hundred bucks it cost him to
set up the show). Everybody had a good show and I remembered why Qualm is one of the coolest bands around. For those of you who were
there, Zack lost his snare drum right before we played, but it turns out we never brought it at all so it worked out.
Zack just yelled a snare drum like sound into the mic every time he wanted to hit it and no one seemed to notice. So thanks again for coming.
Also, we are working on starting a mailing list, so if you want to be on it, just send us an e-mail.
We would be most appreciative. Well that's all for now. Don't forget to check out the show at the Bluebird April 21st.
It's Misunderstood's CD release show with Gina Go Faster, Qualm, and King Rat. It will rock.

Well, our show at the Tavern was our funnest ever. It was great to see all of our friends there. Thanks for coming out. Tomorrow night's show
at the Spot will be our last show for a couple of months. We are heading in to the studio to record our first CD.
It will hopefully be out in late May or early June. In other news our drummer Zack is getting married and Ryan and I are both in the
wedding so that's another reason for the delay. Oh yeah, King Bee is putting a comp CD together and they have some great
bands lined up (that I can't mention yet)...and also they said we could be on it. Well, that's all for now.
We'll be updating the site a lot so keep checking back and see you all soon.
