| Outpatient Medical Outreach Services, LLC was formed with the idea that we had the skills, ability, and knowledge to perform medical services in an area where such services aren't easily obtained. OMOS is independantly and locally owned. Since it's formation in May of 2001 Outpatient Medical Outreach Services or OMOS has taken on many different directions to expand it's services to not only the people of the community but to the businesses in that community. OMOS has not only provided services to Pleasants County but has worked in various surrounding counties with homebound services and blood screenings. Anyone who has worked with or visited OMOS agree that it is a professional but laid back and relaxing environment. |

| DIRECTIONS TO OUR FACILITY |
| Conveintly located in downtown St. Marys OMOS is easy to find. Heading North on Rt. 2 you would take a Left between the Go-Mart and Fireside Lounge. At the first stop sign you go straight and OMOS is on the right in the St.Marys Professional Building located on the third floor. Heading South on Route 2 directions are the same only take a right between the Go Mart and Fireside Lounge. |
