For those of you wondering how did this group find each other it's simple........
WE ARE FAMILY.......
Helen Ruth Reed Partner/Lab Director
Ruth wears many hats at OMOS. Because she has the most experience working in hospitals and laboratories the title of Lab Director has fallen upon her. Ruth is not only a partner and Lab Director but a certified phlebotomist. Now she has been refered to as the "Crazy Woman" and often accused of running around the office like a chicken with it's head cut off but she is a strong part of the dynamic at Outpatient Medical Outreach Services. It is her lead in persistance and determination that has resulted in many of the successes at OMOS. Those of you who have come into contact with Ruth understand this. Those of you yet to meet her....hold onto your hats.
William Orarn Hardman Partner/Office Manager
As with every office someone has to manage it's operation. So the title of Office Manager falls to Bill. Filing, billing, answering phones, and making copies are just a few of his responsibilities. He always knew that someday the experience he earned in management at Sunglass Hut International and various office jobs would someday come in handy. Bill also works to assist the Marketing Manager in securing contracts and advertising. In his own defense Bill will tell you he does more than nap and create forms.
Mark Allan Hall Partner/Marketing Manager
Allan or the "Money Man" as we affectionately refer to him is a man continuously on the job. Without him and his support OMOS may still only be an idea. In addition to his responsibilities at OMOS in making contacts and securing contracts, Allan is a union electrician. We like to keep him working. If Allan gets is wish, he'll be making Ruth is wife in July. (Be careful what you wish for Allan you just might get it.)
Katheryn Mischelle Hardman Phlebotomist
When she's not keeping the peace or hounding you for money, Mischelle is taking your blood. Mischelle is a certified phlebotomist and makes several contributions to the success of OMOS. In addition to her phlebotomy work she is in charge of scheduling and often taking medical interviews. Mischelle often finds herself filling many gaps and taking on various jobs. We love ya, sis.
Determination, persistance, professionalism, teamwork and efficiency are strong qualities in the dynamic of the staff at Outpatient Medical Outreach Services. It's this dynamic that has made OMOS the success that it is today. People sometimes question how we can be family and work together. It isn't always easy but we feel it has been a strong point for us. We've been around each other for years and have an understanding of each individuals strengths and weaknesses. We are aware of how each individual thinks and operates. As with any group there are differences in opinion, thoughts, and ideas. However, we work with that to make our business a success. So read on down and learn a little more about the OMOS staff.
