The ideas expressed in this area are mostly thoughts of Love, Principals and Loyalty. Friendship is not included simply because it has its own areas.
While I am in agreement and/or sympathy with most of the ideas expressed here, there are some areas in which I am either undecided, or in which the subject is too deep for the Human mind to actually, FULLY, grasp the impact of.
A Prayer for My Mother: A Blessing for a much appreciated Mother, Author Unknown.
Causes of the Heart: Guidelines for love.
Choices: Choose how you want to live.
Diary of an Unborn Child: I am neither Anti- nor Pro- Abortion. Each side of that controversy has its reasons. I guess it depends on circumstances, with no clear answer. Author Unknown.
God Said No: And explained his reasons. Author Unknown.
Grandfather's Birthday: Sad Prose about a forgotten elderly man. Author Unknown.
I Have a Dream: Similar to Martin Luther King's dream, Brandon Lacy wrote of his Dream for Gays in 1996.
I Had One Too: Not quite so artistic. Just a collection of my thoughts on several "Pet Peeves" of mine that I published on NEO-Realms BBS in 1996.
Inspiration for the Unhappy: A rather humorous story about a little bird, with 3 Morals that may cause you to think of life a little differently.
Man Created the Machine: From The Love Machine by Jaqueline Susanne.
Misc Quotations: Just a collection of my Favorite quotations, mostly about Love, Loyalty, Principals and such crapola as that. Friendship is dealt with in the Friendship area.
Modern-Day Jack & Jill: What would happen if they fell down that hill today?
My Friend: A dissappointed friend in the hereafter.
Parenting: Author Unknown.
Resignation: For those who wish to resign from Adulthood.
Strategy for Living: Author Unknown.
The Eagle and the Wolf: Author Unknown.
'Twas the Night Before Jesus Came: A 15-Year-Old with the Nick "Silly" wrote this in 1996.
Why Don't You Grow Up? My favorite humorist, Erma Bombeck (deceased), concluded each of her books with a serious and meaningful chapter. These most always have brought tears to my eyes, and this is my Favorite.

There is a great battle that rages inside me.
One side is the soaring eagle. Everything the eagle stands for is good and true and beautiful, and it soars above the clouds. Even though it dips down into the valleys, it lays its eggs on the mountaintops.
The other side of me is the howling wolf. And that raging, howling wolf represents the worst that's in me. He eats upon my downfalls and justifies himself by his presence in the pack. Who wins the great battle? The one I feed.

Being a parent is not about ties of blood, any more than starting a family can assure love among its members. These bonds are ours to make; we define them, day by day, by who we choose to love and how we choose to love them. And, by these choices, define ourselves.

A machine does not feel love, hate or fear; it does not suffer from ulcers, heart attacks or emotional disturbances. Perhaps man's only chnace of survival is to BECOME a machine.
Some men have succeeded. A machine who passes for a man often rules societies... a dictator is a power machine in his country. A dedicated artist can turn into a talent machine. Sometimes this evolution occurs without the man realizing it.
Perhaps it happens the first time he says, "I am hurt," and his subconscious replies, "If I cut all feeling from my life... I CANNOT BE HURT!"
-Jaqueline Suzanne "The Love Machine"
Do as little harm to others as possible. Be there always for your friends. Be responsible for yourself and ask nothing of others. Grab all the fun you can. Put no stock in the opinions of anyone but those closest to you. Forget about leaving a mark on the world. Ignore the great issues of your time and thereby improve your digestion. Don't dwell in the past. Don't worry about the future. Trust in the purpose of your existence. Let meaning come to you instead of straining to discover it. When Life throws a hard punch, roll with it - but roll with laughter. Most of Life isn't to be taken seriously - view it as a Cosmic joke.
