Catalog Description and Credit Hours of Course:
Students will study leadership, group dynamics, morale, communication, motivation, job satisfaction, and effectiveness in work situations. 4 credit hours.
II. Prerequisite: None
III. Purposes and Objectives of the Courses:
Upon completion of this course, the student will be able to
understand important terms related to organization behavior
explain the rights of employees as defined by the U.S. Department of Labor
understand unemployment and the functions of a placement center
communicate in an organizational environment
evaluate ongoing training
explain motivation and job satisfaction
evaluate leadership qualities
