*Service Team Meeting - This meeting is an in depth planning meeting for service unit events. This meeting runs two to three hours depending upon the agenda. If you are coordinating a service unit event you must attend this meeting the three months before the event and one month after the event.
**Service Unit Meeting - Each troop is asked to send a representative to this meeting. The troops are updated about service unit and Council events. Training is offered at this meeting. This meeting runs one hour to one and a half hours.
