
The Prins family moved their bakery from Willowbrook in Langley B.C. in the summer of 2004 and opened in Downtown Abbotsford that same fall. The owner, Hank Prins, has been in the bakery business for over 40 years now. Learning the baking trade in Calgary Alberta while working with his Dad & Mom in the family bakery. Hank received his journeyman baking certification from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology and has been active in the industry his whole life.
Olde Towne Bakery uses Organic Flour, Canola Oil and Sea Salt in the scratch recipes to make the healthiest baked goods they can. Breads, Buns and Pastries are made fresh daily with time honored skills that have been passed down from father to son. Using time-honoured �scratch baking� methods, with ingredients added one by one to create the freshest, tastiest breads you can find. At present Hank works with his son David and the rest of the staff at the bakery creating deliciously wholesome baked goods for their many customers to enjoy.
