About our Breads
        All bread and buns made at Olde Towne Bakery are made from scratch
dough�s. We start early each morning to make the breads and buns. So there is
fresh bread every day. We use no preservatives in any of our baked goods. The
flour we use is organic & unbleached wheat flour that is milled in the
prairies. Our bakers are trained and highly skilled in bread making. We
believe in baking everything ourselves, and all of our breads are baked fresh
daily on the premises. Our bakers use time-honoured �scratch baking� methods,
with ingredients added one by one to create the freshest, tastiest breads you
can find.

        We have a wide variety of breads that appeal to every taste. From the
traditional White and Whole Wheat to the trendy newer variety. Krafters Grain
bread and Oats �n� Flax Spelt bread are new so give them a try. New types of
bread are added regularly so it is wise to check in often.



Fresh Reminders
� � Most breads are good for 4 - 6 days

� � To keep bread fresh for a long time we suggest freezing.

� � Storing bread in your fridge increases the rate of staling
but reduces the rate of mold.

� � No Preservatives are added to any of our bread so given
the right environment it will go moldy.

� � We would appreciate minimum one days notice on all orders.

� � We reserve the right to limit quantities on all �same day�
orders.

Bread Orders over the quantity of 10 receive a 10% discount when ordered at
least one day ahead. Mix or match.
