Parts Interchange - What fits?
- Not much interchanges between Model 320 & 372

- Model 372 chrome vents are
identical to certain vintage aftermarket clamshell vents used in '40's wood speed boats and very similar to vintage Chriscraft vents.  The boat parts are actually better quality.

- Model 372 liquid cooled twin uses the same pistons as the 1969 Nordic 371 inline fan cooled twin.  Left & right pistons are unique.  Note that sled parts may be described as pto or mag side, this desciption doesn't translate to the 372.  Don't get confused with the 370 opposed twin as those pistons won't work as they are without the offset skirts..

- Crankshaft from early fan-cooled rotax twin of similar vintage and with 61mm stroke (ie 340, 368, 399) is identical.  A very early electric start donor crank keyed for the starter ring gear would be preferrable.  Later cranks have different pto end design.

- Crankshaft end oil seals are also consistent.

- Stator plate, points, source coils would exchange between electric start motors.

- Voltage regulator/rectifier, external coils, electric starter are all Ski-doo parts.

- Tillotson carburetors are easily rebuildable with readily available snowmobile aftermarket parts kits.

- Large style spark plugs are readily available from NGK, others

- Recoil starter assembly is identical to Ski-doo part but may require a longer cord if in through hull configuration

- It has been suggested (from a few sources) that seat upholstery may be similar to old VW material but I can't confirm this personally.

- 372 gas cap is the cog style 1/4 turn ski-doo cap
