- Base appears to be 1/4 plywood and is approximately 24 3/4" long by 11 3/4" wide
- Plywood is painted black
- Upholstery is fixed to the plywood with plain staples (not stainless)
- Backrest portion of seat is backed by a second piece of plywood which is angle cut along its left and right vertical sides and radiussed through the transition to horizontal.(I have made a half-assed attempt to define the backrest wood geometry below).
- The cover is one piece other than the small insert pieces on each side at the transition to the backrest
