You
Can
Make
It

Never
give up, never say die,
If
you'll read on, I'll tell you why.
It's
always darkest just before the dawn,
These
stirring slogans could go on and on.
You've
all heard this little story no doubt,
Two
frogs fell in cream and couldn't get out.
One
frog yelled "Help!" but when nobody came,
He
sighed, "Oh dear, 'tis the end of the game."
Then
gulped
in one last, big, breath of fresh air,
And
sank underneath in complete despair.
But
his friend was made of much sterner stuff,
"I'll
admit this situation looks tough"
He
said, "but I'm just not ready to die...
I
think I'll give escape a real good try."
Not
one word of complaint did he utter,
Just
kicked and kicked, then climbed out on butter.
Now
tell me which of these frogs was smarter.
If
you don't know which, well you sure oughter.
Sometimes
situations in life seem grim,
But
just keep "kicking" when things look dim.
Keep
praying and striving... never give in
And
like that little frog, I'm sure you'll win!
