Ocean Central does not take responsibility of off-topic or illegal items posted via the message forums by people who choose to abuse the service. The Ocean Central Message Forums are monitored on a regular basis and anyone found to have abused the service will be notified and banned from the service immediately. In addition, inappropriate messages posted via the message forums are deleted without hesitation. For security reasons, visitors are required to register their own screen name before allowed to post messages.
