Pharma Zen has appointed its first chief executive, Charles Williams, he has a Masters of
Business Administration and Science Honours degree in Microbiology and Immunology.
Also the company has negotiated a licensing agreement with A2 Corporation permitting Pharma
Zen to use A2 Corporation's intellectual property rights for the purpose of manufacturering
A2 milk powders and A2 colostrums in Australia and New Zealand and permitting the sale of
those products internationally.
