Background
Dr Cheung-Tak Hung is an executive director of Zenith Technology Corporation  
Limited (www.zenithtechnology.co.nz), a successful Dunedin-based biotechnology
company that conducts bioequivalence studies for the pharmaceutical industry  
and develops, manufactures and markets animal health products.                

He is a former lecturer/senior lecturer (1983-1988) in pharmaceutics and      
pharmaceutical analysis at the Department of Pharmacy, University of Otago,   
and is a member of the Pharmaceutical Societies of Great Britain, Hong Kong, &
New Zealand.                                                                  

He has published or co-published more than 70 articles in his specialist area 
of pharmaceutics and pharmaceutical analysis and is the joint holder of New   
Zealand, US and European patents relating to symthetic skin substitutes.      

He is also a director of Botry-Zen Limited, a Dunedin-based company involved  
in the development and sale of Botry-Zen, a product for the control of        
botrytis infection in vines and in other food crops.
