We used the services of the following professionals and individuals to help us pull this off.

Rings:
James Murtagh Jewellers
Overview:
This is the website of a storefront jewelry shop in Ireland. The rings we purchased were absolutely perfect, and the pictures on the site didn't do them justice. They arrived in gorgeous little green boxes with wood trim, and were each individually gift-wrapped. They even threw in some chocolates for us.
Pricing:
The celtic-patterned rings we chose are actually available on various sites online. However, this site had the lowest prices I'd seen anywhere. Our rings cost anywhere from $50-$150 less than on other sites, and they were the exact same product. We ended up paying $322, which included both rings and FedEx shipping from Ireland.
Service:
James was always completely courteous and professional in every email I received. There were some credit card issues that he said were common with some of his overseas customers, but he communicated these to me promptly and provided alternatives. He also responded promptly to any emails I sent him, with my questions fully answered. In short, service was great.
Recommended? Absolutely!

Photography:
Southlight Photography
Overview:
I'd first heard of these guys through a classifieds board at work. They came highly recommended, and the pictures on their website gallery were absolutely gorgeous.
Pricing:
We paid $1200 for our package, which is about what you'll pay anywhere. It didn't include a wedding album, but we do get to keep our own negatives (that was $200 extra, the photo package itself was $1,000).
Service: Communications between Bon (the photographer) and I were touch and go for a while, and a lot of phone tag was involved. Once we actually met, though, everything flowed smoothly. He's a sort of no-nonsense kind of guy with years of experience, although he does try to be as accomodating as possible. As always, get all your desires in writing. Cake:
Olga's Chuchincakes
Overview:
My family uses this baker quite often, so I had no questions about the superior quality of her cakes. She specializes in hispanic-style white pound cake dripping with rum or amaretto. They're absolute heaven, although she will customize recipes to suit your wish.
Pricing:
Considering that a lot of bakers out there are charging over $10 per slice, Olga's $3.25 per serving of delicious fondant-covered cake is a fantastic bargain. Remember that fondant hikes the price up, so if you go with regular buttercream frosting, it's even lower.
Service: Olga is an independent baker with years of experience, although from my understanding her home-based business has only recently met with enough success to launch itself into a full-fledged company. She still meets with her clients in her dining room, and this can be very distracting as her kids tend to watch TV with the volume turned up as loud as possible. My first meeting with her really raised my stress levels; I had my 2 month old son with me and he decided to start hollering for milk in the middle of it, on top of the loud TV and my sister and mom's regular interruptions to comment on different cakes in Olga's album. Also, it didn't seem that I was making my cake vision very clear, which frustrated me even more. I would probably recommend that she arrange a seperate location to meet with her clients, as the loud TV is not only distracting, but also denotes a lack of professionalism.

NOTE:Olga is also providing my DJ/MC services, which run for $300 for 4 hours. Her selection of music is great, as we've used her DJ services before as well. Note that I have absolutely no reservations about her products, everything she offers is absolutely fantastic.

Catering:
Rosa's Catering
Overview:
Absolutely delicious hispanic food. Rosa runs this business out of her home, and does not provide linens or china, although she does provide high-quality plastic plates and cutlery, as well as napkins. Her food is to die for and has never disappointed us, and she generally throws in 10 or so extra servings for free, just in case.
Pricing:
With serving service, $8/person. Without serving service, $7/person. Need I say more?
Service: This business seems to be more of a side thing for Rosa, as she has stopped taking jobs that exceed 50 people. More info on service pending.

Dresses:
DressBuilder.com
Overview:
Gorgeous custom gowns at amazing prices... gowns range in style from Medieval to Renaissance to Civil War era to Victorian. They even have movie-themed gowns, for those ladies inspired by LOTR's Galadriel.
Pricing:
To be perfectly honest, I doubt you will ever be able to find better bargains anywhere. The already low dress prices also include shipping, and if you order four or more gowns you get a good-sized discount.
Service: This online vendor impressed me when she gave me both her studio number and her cell phone number. During our conversation she was very friendly and helpful, and she responded quickly to any following inquiries I had via email. Considering we ordered 7 gowns, they're being completed fairly quickly, as each one is custom made according to each person's measurements.
Recommended? Pending arrival of gowns

Groom and groomsmen clothing:
The Renaissance Store
Overview:
An online search produced this site. They have a wide variety of fantasy, medieval and renaissance items. Products include clothing, jewelry, table and feastware, tapestries, weapons and more. You really must see to believe the wise range of things they offer.
Pricing:
Pricing is moderate. Some items are a great find, such as vine-patterned circlets for $5.99, whereas others leave you hanging, like the floral circlets for $17, which actually ended up looking bare and kind of hokey. As far as the clothing goes, everything we've bought is of very good quality... men's shirts were in the $40-$45 range, and their overcoats were around $60-$65. Not bad when compared to $200 tuxedos.
Service: Delivery was prompt and hassle-free, although I'll update this after I've tried returning the hokey-looking floral circlet.
Recommended? Yes, although consider jewelry purchases carefully.

Circlets:
Dwarvesong
Overview:
This website is maintained by a married couple here in Florida. The husband, Randy, crafts all the products ordered in his own workshop. Products range from circlets and crowns to gorgeous wood and metal book covers, metal cloak pins and more. Each piece is handcrafted, and the circlet I ordered exceeded my expectations. It was very well made and absolutely gorgeous. We plan on ordering Sean's circlet from them as well.
Pricing:
Considering the superior quality and the warm and fuzzies I get knowing that this man actually put his own energy into the circlet instead of buying it from some faceless source in China, I would have to say that prices are more than reasonable. My solid brass Tintagel circlet was only $40, Sean's is about $45.
Service: Delivery was very prompt, and the item came with a set of instructions regarding the care of the circlet. Overall I had a really good vibe from this vendor, and will be doing business with them again.
Recommended? Absolutely, 110%

Wedding favors:
The Arbor Day Foundation
Overview:
We donated a tree for every guest, and each tree helps with reforestation efforts in forests that have suffered forest fires. We created acard explaining this for each guest. (See Theme Page)
Pricing:
Each tree was only $1. Since at the time we estimated about 50 guests, we donated $50. Also, this is tax-exempt. Pricing for the printing of the cards was seperate.
Service: We received a certificate for our donation within a few days. The website can be a little tricky to navigate. Otherwise everything went smoothly.
Recommended? Absolutely. Plant a tree!

Printing:
VistaPrint
Overview:
They offer a wide variety of products, from business cards to magnets to note cards to invitations. I've used them for my professional business cards, my son's Paganing invites and the tree favor cards. Printing is always superior quality on good stock paper.
Pricing:
Pricing is moderate. I've learned to never buy their items at regular price, since they're constantly throwing sales. Although they offer free templates, I prefer to customize each item with my own design, and custom uploads cost $4.99 per upload. However, for those of you who are perfectly happy with a premade card in which you only have to add your name, address, phone, etc, they will offer the cards for free and you only pay for shipping.
Service: Delivery is fast and they've never messed up an order yet.
Recommended? Yes, although try to take advantage of their sales when you can.
