What do you get when you mix a house-bound kitty, a box of clay, and a bag of multi-colored feathers? Apparently a lot of weird. If you're interested in purchasing any of the weird, please contact me *~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~* Bellina ![]() Bellina is a demon formed from a high concentration of negative energy. She feeds on the souls of the near-dead by posing as an angel and offering them a last wish, to crush their spirits before she devours their souls. My dragon said "make something with horns." So I did. I love the way she turned out, though I wish I had had a matt finish available at the time. Still, shiny or no, she has earned the title of Demon Goddess of PMS. *~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~* Danae ![]() Baby Danae is an infant Gargoyle, prematurely hatched. She spends most of her time nestled in the wings of her sire, always under his protection. This is my favorite piece, currently. I'm very happy with how she turned out. *~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~* Chibi Dolls ![]() Tabbira, Bloom, and Nyanko are my three favorite original characters to write about, though I often find their stories daunting in the end. I made these three dolls to help inspire me to finish their stories. So far, no such luck. ![]() I made this little elf for my godsister. Apparently it's her role-playing character. *~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~* Bits and Bobbles ![]() I made there for the premier of Serenity. They sold very well to dedicated Browncoats (and of course I kept a set for myself) *~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~* Faeries and Portals ![]() This little palm-pixie was an experiment. Originally she was going to be in a jar, but she turned out too big. I still like her anyway, I just wish I could get better pics of her. ![]() I made this tiny door for a prank my dragon wanted to pull on his parents. It didn't end up being nearly as funny as we hoped. The cats liked it, though. ![]() This one, I made for an xmas gift when I was short on cash. My sister didn't quite get the concept of a faery door. She thought it was an ornament. *sigh* ![]() This little mermaid was an experiment in a new style of tail/wing, and an attempt at copying a face from a photo. I have mixed feelings about the results, but I enjoyed making her. *~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~* Bug Faeries ![]() Butterfly Faery My first attempt at figure sculpting, I had not originally intended the eyes to by red, but that was the only color bead I had at the time. ![]() Firefly Faery My second attempt, with more success. Unfortunately I also learned the stability of thin layers of the clay. ![]() Bumblebee Faery This faery has been in my head for a while, though I used her as an attempt at a new kind of hair, lips, and eyelashes. Only partially successful. ![]() Queen of the Catapillars This one took the longest amount of time because of all the little beads, but she was also a lot of fun. ![]() Dragonfly Faery I made this one for one of my squirrel girls. She turned out a bit punkish, and the pose I originally intended was not structurally feasible, but she's cool nonetheless. ![]() Ladybug Faery This was an xmas present for my muffin. Ladybugs are her favorite. ![]() Kaddiedid Faery This was an xmas present for my mom. It makes better sense if you know my name. ![]() Spider Faery This punk-spider is the culmination of my Bug Faery attempt. She's my favorite. |
