This design is of the Congress Street Bridge and was made when I was experimenting with the Oil Pastels and Ink. The Congress Street Bridge in Austin, Texas is home to a large colony of Mexican Freetail Bats and is a favorite tourist attraction for many who visit the Capitol City each summer.
This design was also created with Oil Pastels while I was working on blending techniques. I love roses and enjoyed playing around with diffrent color schemes. This one was my favorite.
