Provides a wide range of materials for children and their parents or caregivers. Offers specialized services for children that include: free story times for babies, toddlers, preschoolers and families.
Langley Child Development Center
Provides a range of services for children with special needs including: The Infant Development Programme, Supported Child Care Programme, and Child & Youth Programme. Also offers a Developmental Preschool Programme for all children.
Langley Family Services
Provides a wide range of services focusing on prevention and "Helping Families Help Themselves" including parent education, young parent and family support, family place drop-in, outreach parent resource and referral, adult and youth addiction services, and immigration and multicultural services.
