CHILDBIRTH AND TYPES OF CARE

Childbirth is the act of bringing forth offspring or the act or fact of coming into life or being born (Webster's New World Dictionary, 5th Edition). Childbirth is a transforming, physical, emotional and psychological experience. This experience is unique to each women and her family.It is a time of new beginnings and new responsibilities.For most couples it is a time to take on the responsibility to care for a new baby who is totally dependent on them for all of their needs.
