Architecture

The Retina is the place that light first comes in contact with light sensitive cells and initial processing is done. The Retina comprises of 5 principal layers (3 layers of cell bodies and 2 layers of neuro-process, dendrites and axons) [2] .They are:

1.    Outer Nuclear Layer

2.    Inner Nuclear Layer

3.    Ganglion Cell Layer
