Cherry Tree Rentals is a full service rental and community management company specializing in community planning, content creation, management, and development. We strive to create a top of the line experience for all of our clients, friends, and visitors. Our mission is to create a place that people can truly say is the "Finest in Second Living".

We've been creting fine communities since late 2006 and are still going strong. We've followed a policy of financial responsibility through controlled expansion. This has led to a company that is as solid as a rock. We'll be there for your Second Living now, and in the future.

We're located on parts of nine interconnected sims on the northern end of the South Continent. This was the third continent created by Linden Labs and sometimes referred to as "The Korean Continent" or, by old timers "The New Continent". Now, it's no longer the newest continent since the recent expansion of continents and zoned mainland, but we believe it's still one of the most unique areas on the grid with much to offer that you won't find anywhere else.

We specialize in virtual land development. We have a large body of work on mainland parcels of all types. You can find the latest examples of our development skills at the newly created Gaenari Arboretum. If you have a larger parcel of land and are in need of creating a virtual environment to suit your in-world endeavors, contact us for further details.

While we don't sell anything that you'll find in your visits to Cherry Tree Rentals, we are available for custom building projects. Specializing in that home, business, club or other structural project, our team can make the most of the space you have. Structures are always designed to be both aesthetically pleasing and make the most efficient use of prims as is reasonably possible. Contact us for information and pricing.

Looking to create your own virtual community? Business consulting is available to serious inquiries. A modest consulting fee of L$2600 (approx. $10USD) per hour is requested for private consulting. Our philosophy in community planning and development is one that allows us to be extremely flexible in the type of land that is "usable" or "buildable". We don't believe that there is such a thing as unusable land. We utilize many principles of design and plan our communities to suit the land they will rest on.

Once a good, creative plan that suits the needs of the client is in place, the community can be created with an eye toward the tiniest detail. We believe that the small details may not be inherently obvious, but may detract subconsciously from the community. Therefore, every detail is scrutinized until we are satisfied that we can call the build one of our own.

If you've got a large amount of land that you're finding difficult to manage, we've got a suggestion. Stop working for the land and have the land work for YOU! We've got a complete staff that is available on a very consistent basis. We're extremely experienced and expert at all the nuances of managing a piece of land. Our staff is varied and available on a consistent, daily basis. We are a large scale staff and as such can only do larger parcels of land (1/2 sim or more).
