2-15-09  The newest Cherry Tree development is the De Torens van de Hoogte apartments.  Starting at L$350/wk with a 200 prim limit, these apartments offer unmatched ocean and sunset use.  Use of 3 sims of water is included for every resident and visitor to the area.  This extensive development includes, estate homes at the Dozer Coast Estates, the aforementioned apartments, and Cherry Tree's entertainment hub at Club Cerezo!  Stop by to see what all the Buzz is about!

Removal from waiting list

Important information for group joiners

If you need to be removed from the Cherry Tree waiting list, you can go to Oak Ridge Centre here to do so.  Simply go to this location, look for the sign on the back wall that says "remove from mailing list", touch the sign and you're done.  It may take at least one cycle for processing in some cases, so you may receive another round of messages, but rest assured you WILL be removed from the lis if you have touched the removal icon.

If you are a resident of the Dozer Coast Estates, or the new De Torens van de Hoogte apartments, be advised that you must join the CHERRY TREE PROPERTIES group in order to avoid auto return.  All other residents of Cherry Tree Rentals developments must join the usual Cherry Tree Rentals group to avoid auto-return.  If you need a group invite, you can use any of your local group inviters by simply touching them.  There is one located at Oak Ridge Centre if you're having trouble finding one.  Once you touch the device, you may have a waiting period of up to 24 hours in rare cases for processing.  It is usually much shorter than that, but please be patient!  Find out why we do this....

Hosting events at Cherry Tree

We have an excellent group of residents in the Cherry Tree Rentals community.  Many are quite savvy about the ins and outs of living here, others are new to the community.  A great way to get help with your problems is through the use of the Cherry Tree Rentals group chat.  It will get you in touch with any available staff, or, if no staff is available, many residents are very helpful and can offer their best advice for solving the problem.  You can always contact staff directly if this approach doesn't work.  Please do NOT use the group chat to advertise out of community events, your goods, services, or any sort of personal advertising.  You will be ejected from the group and possibly banned from the properties.  To report abuse of group chat, please use the "contact us" button on this page.
