I guess I should introduce myself as well as offer my little contribution to the VR3 development community. I am a graduate student in the Software Engineering program, development option, at the Florida Institute of Technology. I started on my masters degree in the Fall of 2001. I received my bachelors degree in Computer Science also from FIT.

I currently work with the Webtech Research team on campus. We are also known as the E^3 research group. In the lab we work on projects for businesses around the USA, from IBM to Texas Instruments. Our work includes, but is not limited to, web site usability studies, proof-of-concept tool development, various other tool development, security audits, and web site design. We program in Visual Basic, Visual C++, ASP, PHP, Java, XML, WML, ColdFusion, Crystal Reports, and a few other languages I can't remember off the top of my head. We also work heavily with designing databases and applications that use them. Our web site can be found at http://e3.se.fit.edu/.

For relaxation there is always television, programming, gaming on my computers, gaming consoles, or table-top games like D&D or Aberrant. I also am involved with the campus theater group College Players. I am a tech for some of the productions, but am always heavily involved in set construction. My preferred stress relief method is wood working. I know *lol* and all that, but it's true. I am finishing up an entertainment center designed by me for my large set of entertainment equipment. When completed it will stand over six feet tall and can be broken up into three seperate pieces for easier moving.
