Reward me with leather oceans...
. . .

Jigsaw - My newest one, perhaps.  Written for Hallowe'en, as an assignment for Creative Writing . . . my dad said something ( I don't recall what ) and fingers started a-tappin'.  This is what came out, apparently.  I'm rather proud of it . . .

Cold Dreams and Sightless Endings - A story holding much emotion, ones most aren't able to identify with. About a character of mine, Faroe, was going through a rather rough point in her life . . . used this to play out her emotions. Part of the dream was taken from one of my own, one of the most beautiful ones I've ever had. This one should be found in the Dreams section, when I get it done.

Daydreaming to Music - Have you ever sank so far into your daydreams that they seem like reality . . . ?

Flash - A friend inspired this one. Shards of memories pass between her eyes . . . right before death. A lot of people say they don't understand this one, they do.

Maps and the Sea - A char of mine, Rylara's history. I liked how it turned out, so it is here.

Quenched Royalty - Jysarri's history. I was actually thinking of expanding this into a story, but I was going to do some RPing that branched off of it . . . so that idea's squashed. I like how it turned out, though. The title pretty much tells all.

Sarcastic Seductress - A more recent one. Only Chapter One, hopefully to be continued . . . a friend gave me the title, by calling me one.

Shadows and Light - Considering putting this one in with the Pieces, but not sure. An idea that was floating around in my mind for quite a while, and eventually was written down. I had plans for this one, but they never 'fell through'.

Story Pieces - A collection of various paragraphs that could be the start of a story ( two have! ) I write a page of pure creative writing every night, in my journal, and these were some of them. I really need to make a "Story Pieces - 2" for the more recent ones are building up. Please, do tell which ones you like!

Tale of the Bard - Nayara's history. This was my second or first attempt at a longer history, of how Nayara, first a horrid, simple bard, becomes much much better . . . and starts the guild, Rubylyre.

The City Across the Seas - This one is by far my favourite. Well, maybe. It's most certainly my longest - 21 pages - and I know I will finish it, someday. It's currently at Chapter III, it is. When I was at the ocean, a friend remarked, "The clouds look like the waves . . ." thus, the story. This is the one I'd most appreciate input on.

The Forest of Wonders - A very old one, this is. P. C. Wrede'isque. It was my first fantasy story, one that I was amazed at how far I'd gotten . . . not the most descriptive or well written one, but entertaining nonetheless. Might make a good children's story, if it was finished.

The Gypsy's Song - Another one that should go in Pieces. Perhaps this will continue; I had many snippets of ideas when I thought of this. The title came from one of these . . .

The Mists of Avalon - A very, VERY recent one. I'm proud of this, I am! Incorporated a poem that is stuck in my head most often - one I was taught in third grade. Attempt at conveying a more esoteric feeling . . . one of mystery. Not sure if it worked.

The Moon - This is a rather old one, but I liked how it started so it's here. A girl from our own world becomes lost in another's . . . having no idea where to go, and how to get back. I'm almost positive she won't WANT to go back.

Thunder Dragons - I wrote this about a friend of mine, Di. Well, not about, but it has her in it. It's my theory on what thunder is . . . and some of this happened. I can't recall the exact convo, but this works.

Unlocked - A key that holds more power then can be imagined . . . a journey into the darkest of realms. My most recent one, omit whatever I said before about being recent. This one stars Ivory, a character of mine I used for an RP. She's always been my favourite, personality and what not-wise . . . so here she is. The same one, but not. I have an outline for this one, so I'm going to *make* myself finish it. Only chapter one, now.
