--You walk inside a large room.
Rich hangings cover the wood walls, many Celtic and forest designs covering them.
In the middle of the room a tree stump is cut into a seat of sorts. Golden designs cover
the top of it, the stump itself of an olden oak. The door near the back is propped open,
a cool spring breeze sifting through. A stone fire place is placed near some stairs leading
upwards, and that stand near the wall to your left.
As you step further inside, you hear a beautiful harmony of
voices. The words sound as if they're a different language, and you cannot make
them out. They suddenly stop, and you can hear the scrapping of a chair against the
wooden floor. Soon afterward, a tall women emerges from the door behind the counter,
silver hair pulled back from her young face. Amber eyes sparkle with intellegence as
she steps towards you, her movements making it seem as if she's dancing. Her head
lowers in greeting, though her eyes remain locked to yours. When she speaks it almost
sounds like she's singing, her voice is so lyrical.--
Welcome! I see you have found the home of the
Rubylyre guild. It will be a wonderous place, as soon as it's finished. --she
extends a hand to you, a warm grin on her face-- I would be Nayara Sinthe
Daethorne, leader of this guild. My hope for it is to unite some of the bards in Ayenee,
though I'm not sure how many would want to join. --she turns and gestures to a
form on the counter behind her, a pen lying on top of it.-- That's for those who
do want to join the guild.
Pretty much all you have to do is fill it out, and maybe play for me! --she turns
again, this time looking out of the open door and to the sky.-- I must go, I was needed
in the library some fifteen minutes ago! Do stop by there later, and perhaps we will talk
some more! --she bows her head, then hurries through the door she came through, the
silver flash of her hair the last thing you see of the grey elf.--
