POLICE BIKES

As you may or may not know the Nottingham police motorcycles are to be
withdrawn from service shortly. Your first reaction may be Great no
more plod on bikes, well think about this; It wont be long before the
criminals realise that if they nice a bike instead of a car for a get
away vehicle they stand a better chance of loosing the fuzz in traffic
consequence's more bikes being stolen, insurance heading through the
roof faster than any sports bikes wildest dreams. And then there is
the fun side of things that will GO no more EGG run or TOY run or any
other run for that matter. You may not like them but we need them so
there will be a DEMO on March 9th leaving the forest at 11.00am to go
to Sherwood Lodge Arnold. If for no other reason join the demo it may
be the LAST.
