Paul Zulich,Derby Director
He first started as director in 1993. Paul really enjoys working the children of the community. Paul raced in 1944 and in 1945 and he has had a love for the Derby ever since. Some of his children have raced in the Derby over the years. His son Jeff and Steve raced children Julie, Tim, and Sarah. Paul does everything for this Derby because he wants to keep a wonderful program going for the kids’ sake. Contact Paul at [email protected]
Ken Kirpatrick, NIDRA Members
Ken became involved because of his ten-year-old son. He really enjoys volunteering to help the children have a better time.

Charlie Huguenard, NIDRA Member
Charlie had two children that will be racing this year. He got involved because of his brothers involvement (Jack Huguenard). Charlie loves to be involved with the program because it is fun to watch the kids have a wonderful time.
Jack & Karen Huguenard, NIDRA Members
They have both been involved with the Derby since their oldest daughter started racing in 1992 and went on to win the stock division in 1997. Their middle daughter won the super stock in 1998. She is the only one of their three daughters to race in all divisions. Their youngest daughter started to race three years ago and is the only one still racing. They both are involved to help out the children of the community and to just keep the race going. Karen is a second grade teacher and she gets children in her elementary school involved every chance she can. Jack had become the official camera man for the program.

Tim has a ten-year-old daughter that raced for the first time in 2000. She loved it so much that he signed right up to help. His son who is seven can’t wait to race but he has to wait until 2003.
