This is one of the most interesting developments in computer-music that I have read since mp3. This is a html article about the recent release of the Koan music concept, which is designed to replace midi/wav/real audio on the Internet with a truly interactive and self-generating form of music. It also has an excerpt from a speech given by Brian Eno, and three demos representing the Koan-musicdisk he released, called "Generative Music I". |
