Board Authorized Modifications and Improvements to Individual Condo Units:

    Lists all projects which the Board has authorized (Monitor heating, deck privacy gates, air conditioning).  Includes specific configurations to be followed and construction plans where applicable.  Prior to undertaking any such change, individual owners must complete a Home Owner Modification and Improvement Form as described in the project descriptions.

Fines:  How they are handled and description all fines levied to date (with the exception of monthly late fees).  Also includes data on the owner appeals committee which was enacted at the Nov 2003 association meeting

Northface History:  Brochure, newspaper articles, and photographs of the resort

Owners List (This page is available only to unit owners.  To obtain the password, please send an e-mail request to [email protected], stating your name and unit number.  Owners will be sent the password if their incoming e-mail address matches the provided e-mail on the owners list).  If you have not listed an e-mail with the association, or have changed it, please contact the board of directors to change your information.

Sales Statistics & Tax Information: The most recent data for units which have sold.  Latest property tax assessment information.  To obtain "letter of Good Standing" required at closing in New Hampshire.

Water Damage Avoidance:
Condition of washer hoses and water tanks of all units as promised in the May 2002 Newsletter

Water Bills:  To High?  You might be hooked up to another units water meter.  This was the situation with Unit 19 - the problem wasn't discovered until May 2007 (After two years of questioning the water department - and finally having the water turned off - and then still getting billed for 9,000 gallons water and sewer use).  Problem was then found and corrected - the unit meter was incorrectly hooked up to a full time resident unit.
