- Meeting of the advisory board and the corporation will be held regularly the second Wednesday of the month.
- Annual Meetings: The annual meeting of the corporation shall be held as such time and place within the state of Connecticut as the N.E.A.T members shall designate for the purpose of rotating advisors and officers and for the transaction of such other business as may properly be brough before the meeting.
