We must follow NY rules and regulations even out of state which means even in Mass. We need to be registered and insured in NYS. We would like to get everyone together this year to help the Western Mass ATV Association with their trail clean-ups. More information to come in the following months New Business: Web Page- Check the web page frequently for updates on the club and area news regarding the use of ATV’s in NYS. It also has a printable application right on the site. I have also set up a screen name of [email protected] to send out email reminders of ride dates and new news. The website address is www.northeastatv.com Dues- At the meeting we voted unanimously to make everyone’s due date April. This will make it easier for us to keep track of everyone in the club and to make sure we are all up to date. Club Sponsors- A few of the members will be contacting our club sponsors to make sure they still are participating with our club. We will also be checking to see if they have any questions or need any supplies such as applications, etc. Trips- We would like to plan a few trips out of state this year. Possibly a few overnight trips to Penn. and Maine. We will talk more about this at our next meeting. Fundraisers- If anyone has any ideas about fundraisers please let us know, we are always open to new ideas. Just one last reminder- To be a member of our club it is necessary for your machines to be registered and insured. NEXT MEETING · TBA. |
