Australian Lands - Land Degradation Forum
The Australian Lands forum was originally intended to offer a vehicle for the discussion of issues relating to Salinity. However with all the challenges we are facing, it seems appropriate to offer a forum for the exchange of information, ideas and solutions directed at issues of land degradation in general. ASAN has set up a forum for salinity in particular called ASAN-Salinity (link below). This forum will treat all degradation problems our land is faced with many such as salinity, sodicity, acidity and the loss of valuable soils from erosion. This forum is therefore intended to help in the exchange of ideas and to assist in the move towards the solutions our land needs if it is to support our community and the environment into the future.
