There are many Demi-Gods of Normune, some are good some are bad, but all are worshiped in some way shape or form.

Most of them are worshiped in temples, others are worshiped with sacrifices.

However, these gods are not the gods that created Normune. No, they are simply there to govern it from above.

How did the Demi-Gods come to be you ask? Well, we have to leave the world of Normune, and that of the universe that holds it, out to what is called the Creation Plane. Within the Creation Plane, exists hundreds upon thousands of universes, each containing galaxies upon galaxies, each containing worlds upon worlds. Some of these worlds have inhabitants, others are barren. Some of the peoples are technologically advanced. Others are just beginning their journey by creating the wheel.

But, there is once exception to all these universes. All of them were made by somebody.

Who you ask?

The Creators.

There are four of them:

Borshorri Kass - The Creator Of Evil

Vindah - The Creator Of Peace

Alnar - The Creator Of Harmony

Lantra - The Creator Of Calm

Each of these creators has created many universes, some even participate within these universes and interact with the populace. Others create Demi-Gods to watch over the universe and protect it from the other Creators.

Normune exists is one of these Universes, one protected by Demi-Gods.

Below are the twelve Demi-Gods and their portfolios.

Also, info on their their 3rd Edition D&D role-playing stats are available should you wish to use Normune for a campaign and need to role-play one of the gods.

Note:
The following gods use a slightly different Divine Power Ranking system than that defined in the Deities and Demi-Gods handbook.
Rank 0: Basically level 40+ characters.
Rank 1-5: These are called Lesser Demi-Gods, hold little power, often only granting spells to worshippers and perform a few deeds beyond the Rank 0 Demi-Gods. Usually only has several hundred to a few thousand worshippers.
Rank 6-10: These Demi-Gods are considered Intermediate Demi-Gods. Having greater power and the ability to preside over weather patterns and influence time flow in a limited manner.
Rank 11-15: The Greater Demi-Gods, these gods have almost absolute power, able to grand virtually anything and control virtually everything, however they do not have absolute control over the flow of time, only slightly more than the Intermediate Demi-Gods.
Rank 16: The Overseer Demi-God. Only one Demi-God holds this rank. That god has absolute power over the universe he was sent to protect, however not the power to leave the universe. (Due to the creators).

Mur'In'Tir is respected by all humans of Normune and often grants them wisdom and strength when they need it the most.
