Skor is a typey elkhound exhibiting a very correct, athletic build. Shown on a limited basis in conformation and agility, the judges recognize his elkhound attitude and appreciate his correct structure.  Skor’s lineage can be traced back to original Norwegian import dogs, which formed the foundation of the breed in the United States.   Skor is standing at stud to approved bitches.

 

Skor has been Nationally ranked in Front and Finish in agility and has also been in the top 20 for Norwegian Elkhounds in conformation.  Skor was the winner of the Novice Jumpers With Weaves class at the Norwegian Elkhound National in 2000.

 

Skor took 2001 as a vacation year after sustaining an injury to his tricep muscle.  Look for Skor to return to the agility ring in January 2002.

 

NEWSFLASH!!!  In March of 2002 Skor completes his OA and OAJ titles at Walt Disney World with 4 clean runs and placings in all classes.  He also made his debut in Excellent Jumpers and turns in a stunning performance.  Skor is truly an elkhound on the move!
