BOARDING

NorAust  offers our guests spacious accommodations while always keeping in mind your pets comfort and safety.  Our spacious 24 foot long indoor/outdoor runs provide plenty of room to romp.  All runs have solid partitions between pets for safety and privacy.  In addition, two additional play times per day are given in large fenced play areas.  These play times are separate for each pet.  During the hot months, we provide cooling pools for your pets comfort.  We also provide 24 hours of music for your pets listening enjoyment.

 

We prefer that pet owners provide their own food.  We ask this to avoid any dietary upset to your pets digestive system.  We  provide premium dry dog biscuits during the day.  NorAust will provide food at a higher boarding rate.  We feed a quality dry pet food.  All pets are fed twice daily unless specific request is made otherwise.  We will allow two family pets to share a run with the understanding that pets may need to be separated at the owners expense.  We recommend that pets each have their own run and enjoy shared playtimes instead.

 

NorAust runs feature Mason sani-kennels designed to prevent cross contamination between runs.  Our kennels are air conditioned and have ceiling fans.  We have 24 hour monitored security.  The owner of NorAust lives on the premises.

BOARDING REQUIREMENTS

  All dogs must have a current DHLPP (distemper, parvo), Rabies and bordetella (canine cough) vaccine.  Florida law requires that a pet have an annual Rabies vaccination from a licensed Veterinarian.  NorAust will NOT accept multi year vaccines.  Bordetella must be current within one year.

  Cats must have FVRCP and a rabies vaccination.  The rabies vaccination must be current within one year administered by a licensed veterinarian.

  We must have WRITTEN proof of inoculations from your veterinarian.  We will accept titers.

  For your pets safety, NorAust does not allow unauthorized pickups, please notify us prior to leaving if someone else will be picking up your pet.

  We will need the location and phone number where you or your designee can be reached.

  We will happily administer medication to your pet.  Please be sure to provide clearly labeled instructions.  Sick or recuperating animals will not be accepted.
