So (above) is just what was on the other page, so we can watch the progress we are making.

So outlining is pretty easy, usually i start by taking just a tint darker than the skin tone you have surrounding the eye and add shadow beneath the eye (dark circles) and around for the bridge of nose.
Then i add the folds ot the lid, the inner corners of the eye and the lower lid using a darker burgendy skin color almost (or whatever is the best match for you) I've noticed in this image hers is almost burgendy, so just use your Eyedropper tool anyways to get what you want.
Ok, now if your wondering how i got the wrinkle of the fold behind the eyeblashes when they were already there... there are two ways to do it. The easy way which is just, not making the fold in one shape but working between the eyelashses instead. OR the hard way, which is to scrool through your VECS folder and find the eyelash shape, and make sure you workin behind it. The hard way is just to much work, the easy way is simple and well.. easy.
Another thing i do for the eyes it, usually one i have a general idea of where all the colors are.. i remove the main picture (using the eye)
and i improvise.

Thats pretty much it for the eyes.. all you need
to do now is work in any other shades, shadows
and such that you think should be there.

Good luck.

Now lets move onto the lips shall we?
