Mmmk, so lips are pretty much the same deal as eyes. Just, start by making the generic shapes of everything.. more like.. the shapes that consume most of the.. shape? Wow that makes no sense. What i mean is.. take the darkest shape and outline the entire lip. In this pictures case, her makeup doesn't cover the entire lip, so work in another shade of skin to make the entire.. lip shape. Then.. throw in some black.

The after that, start working in some lighter shades and possibly darker (like the shadow on the inner lip)...

Then.. add in the shine.. and the most time consuming part of it.. is the lip wrinkles that add that final oomph to the picture.

Now teeth in my opinion are hard because finding a shade that goes well can be hard and the shadows can make them look spaced out and all hillbilly so.. that, i kind of adapt my own shade to and work in the shadow so that they blend a bit better together.

So below, i just threw together a quick something so you could get a basic idea of the eyes and lips in a picture.. i know its ugly but.. im not trying much

WELL.. hopefully that helps you out a bit more. W/ some of the details.
Like i said before, feel free to contact me w/ any questions.
