| Shish kebab anyone? Cooking with blow torch! A stunt we've tried sometime in college. Some crazy guy claimed to have seen it done in the cooking show Iron Chef. Anyway, we borrowed a propane blow torch from our workshop and tried to "grill" some meat. Problem is the blow torch only cooks the surface. The inside remains bloody rare, even after the surface was burned black. How do you like that?? Bloody rare and well done in the same piece of meat. We still ate everything of course. Conclusion: stick to the grill. |
