Q: Have you ever heard of habitat for humanity? You may qualify with having that many children. You should check in to it. Not sure were you live, but I think they offer it all over the US.
A: I have checked into it, a few years ago. The problem is like with any other home you buy, you have to pay the monthly mortgage, granted it is very low and without interest, but we can barely buy food right now, and curently have no rent or mortgage, so I have no idea how we would do it.
Q:Did you apply for WIC for your children under the age of 5?
You can also call, Housing Authorities. They'll be able to place you into an apartment or a house if they have any avalible.
Pick up your phonebook and call people, someone out there will help you. Ask people you talk with on the phone if they know of any place that'll help, if you end up talking with someone who can't.
A: Yes, my youngest has WIC, but that only gives us 3 gallons of milk per month and we go through that in a week, some cheese, dried beans and cereal.

I have called everyone, friends, family, Social Services, Local Trustee, Energy Assistance, so on and so on. Most can only help you once a year or every 6 months, and all my friends and family think I only talk to them about money problems, and have plenty of their own to deal with.
Q:How can you afford an internet connection?
A: My mother in another state pays for my internet connection of $9.95 a month, since it is cheaper than her phone bill would be if we used it all the time.
Q:Is that a satellite dish on your home, in the picture on the donations page? Isn't that an unneccesary expense?
A:Yes, it was that is part of the reason why we only have the lonely dish on the roof and no satellite connection.
