Shkata pi la s'a
We are all on a journey of self discovery...of learning and of growing.  We don't always chose our experiences but we chose our lesson.  We choose defeat and regret or we chose to grow.
I choose to embrace life.  To embrace all that life is, as a circle. With the knowledge that all things are connected, and being connected I am greatful for the knowledge that all life is precious and to be valued.  When I injure or destroy that which is outside myself I also injure myself.   Everyone who comes into my life and even those who have gone out again have influenced me and helped me become who I am becoming. We choose the negative or the possitive in all things.
I choose to remember and be greatful for the people and the opportunities I have been blessed with in this life.  I know it was not by chance.

Remember to enjoy your journey!

Wakan Tanka, Great Mystery,
teach me how to trust
my heart,
my mind,
my intuition,
my inner knowing,
the senses of my body,
the blessings of my spirit.

Teach me to trust these things
so that I may enter my Sacred space
and love beyond my fear,
and thus Walk in Beauty
with the passing of each glorious Sun.
"All things share the same breath-the beast, the tree, the man ...the air shares it's spirit with all the life it supports."
~Chief Seattle, Dwamish...1786-1866
"What is life? It is the flash of a firefly in the night
It is the breath of a buffalo in the winter time
It is the little shadow which runs across the grass
and loses itself in the sunset." ~Crowfoot
