The statues
and monument in Namsan
If you go to Namsan, you will see a few statues
and monuments. I posted one of  them
in this page as you can see. This is KimGu
who was the famous for working on independent Korea.
You can see this statue in Bakbum plaza.
The follow story is the famous for his love of Korea when it was
colonized by Japan in 1930s.
"what's your wish? " if the god asks me, I'll answer without hasitation
like this " My wish is making Korea be indenpendent". the god asks
me again
" what's your second wish?" I will answer to him again this "My
Independent Korea!!" and if the god asks me one more time, I will
answer to him loudly that the korea become the independent country
perfectly. My fellow countrymen! I, KimGu, have only one wish like
this. I have lived for this wish over 70 year-life and am living
for it even right now. The happest moment in my life will be living
in the lovely independent Korea perfectly and die in the independent
Korea. I'm willing to be the most obscure man as long as my country
become an independent country."
