Anakin Skywalker. Jedi Knight. The man who becomes da da daaaaaa Darth Vadar.
Gosh, I am so sad it's not funny. So anyway, it hasn't been all that long that I've been liking the look of Mr. Christensen. After all he was a virtual unknown before Star Wars: Attack of the Clones. I have tried to see Life As A House, but last time I went to Blockbuster they told me it wasn't out yet. [note: another downside to living in England, you're a century behind America in film release dates. I'm sure it can't be that hard to only have a week between release dates!]. So, anyway, I will see it eventually. [january 05 2003 note: I have now seen Life As A House and I loved it. As usual sentimental mush wins me over. Hayden was brilliant, and Kevin Kline (despite being old enough to be my dad) is pretty cute!]
But until then, all I have to go on is Star Wars. Now Hayden is not a bad looking guy = reason number one for my immediate interest in him. But it isn't just that [I swear it isn't!]. He seems to have real talent [note: read the section on Natalie Portman for my view on the Star Wars script.] and manages to become the slightly vulnerable, slightly dangerous Anakin. I mean, we all know that he becomes Darth Vadar [and if you didn't then you deserve to have this knowledge reported to you], but because of the prequels you get to see a bit of what made that transformation occur. Admittedly, so far [and maybe the third film will clear it up] it isn't altogether apparent why Anakin becomes Vadar, but it's pretty enjoyable to watch Hayden all the same.

First of all, I fancied Zeke before I fancied Josh, which makes pretty much no sense. There is always something sexy about the bad boys at school - the ones who smoke, who cut their own hair, who skip classes, and always look moody. Unfortunately they don't always look like Josh Hartnett.
I love The Faculty. I went to see it with my then-boyfriend which makes it a little more special. But, ultimately the film is good. Zeke is cool and extremely gorgeous which definitely adds to the overall appeal.
Quite recently I saw Here On Earth where Josh loses out to Chris Klein in terms of the affections of Leelee Sobieski. But, personally, I was completely bowled over by Josh's performance. He has this ability to completely move you with his eyes and I can't help but watch him, even if he isn't the focus of a scene.

Hmmm Devon, Devon, Devon
When did I fall for Mr. Sawa?? That would have been when I saw him in Wild America - I think. But I seriously can't remember exactly when it was that I first noticed him. I know I thought he was cute in Now and Then, and I deliberately endured the tale of Casper in order to catch a glimpse of him for all of two seconds. He was in something else I watched too, with Vince Vaughn, but I've forgotten what it was called [ah, what a dedicated fan I am!].
I went to see Final Destination because Devon was in it [and Kerr Smith who is yummy - particularly when being Jack McPhee] and I thought it was brilliant. Such a good film and a cool ending too [I won't say it in case you haven't seen it - which you should have! Where have you been?].
Favourite feature: he's blonde [the only attribute required]. Nah, I'm kidding. I don't know what it is about Devon he's just got something I can't quite define.
That's really all I have to say on Devon

Jude Law is gorgeous - there is no denying that. One feature that really attracts me to him is that he is British, and I'm British so I like him. [Perhaps an odd way to go about things because I don't particularly like the Spice Girls and they're British - but then I'm not always consistent in thought]. So anyway, Mr. Law was first noticed by moi a long time ago [in fact so long ago that I don't remember - if I do remember I'll let you know - my aren't I 'Little Miss Informative' today?].
I really didn't like The Talented Mr. Ripley but I thought Jude performed wonderfully and deserved recognition. I think the film was a little too dark for me, and Jude died so I didn't like that ending.
Favourite feature: he is incredibly good looking all round and he has very kissable lips, but I think it's his eyes that are really attractive - I can't quite work out what colour they are kind of gold by some of the pictures I've seen.

There is something about Ryan Phillippe that I can only describe as raw. I don't know exactly what it is but he is so extremely sexy and his whole being is just rrrr
Okay, I actually know this one this time - I first noticed Ryan in White Squall where he wasn't looking his ultimate best, but put in such a good performance as the slightly innocent guy on board that I was immediately attracted to him. This was only heightened when I watched I Know What You Did Last Summer, even if he was a bit of a prick [he still shouldn't have been killed!!! Why did no one listen to Helen!!!???].
It was a long time ago that I saw 54 so I can't really say much about it, except that I remember his hair was a little on the afro side [a move that Ryan and Justin Timberlake should never repeat!]. He was topless a lot of the time though, so that is something that can be overlooked.
Mmm, Cruel Intentions was brilliant! I loved it [added bonus, Sarah was in it and I think she's the coolest!]. He was so wonderfully evil, but struggling to overcome real feelings of love that I just couldn't help thinking he was adorably sexy [is that possible?].
Favourite feature: I can't choose just one! The lips [to kiss him would be heaven], the hair [I have a thing for curls, what can I say?], and a gorgeous body. [Anyone else just a tad envious of Reese?].

I have only seen Shawn in X-Men and X-Men 2, so I don't have much to go on. I did notice him and think he was cute in the first film but that was about the extent of it. Now I think he's really cute [*L* I'm not at all superficial!], and he also seems like a good actor who's now [I hope] going to start getting some really good roles. I'm looking forward to seeing him in other stuff - bring it on!

I haven't seen all that many films with Ben in them, in fact I think I've only seen Good Will Hunting and Armageddon. [january 05 2003 note: i have now seen Dogma - what was with the unrealistic wings!?]. In both films Ben was extremely fanciable [I am really coming across as materialistic now *L*]. But in Armageddon I fell in love with his character. He was so brave and sensitive - what every girl wants in a man, right?

Ever since Speed there has been a place in my heart for Mr. Reeves. Admittedly it isn't such a big space these days, but it's still there. Keanu was the first actor I had a proper crush on. He was so cool as Jack and his later films only went on to confirm my opinion of him - he is brilliant. And that's that.

Ever since The Goonies I have had a soft spot for Sean Astin. I don't think it's possible that I saw the film when it first came out, because I would only have been two years old, but when I did finally see it I fancied Sean. He was so cute, with his braces and everything.
I'm pretty sure that the next film I saw him in was Toy Soldiers - I still cry when Joey dies [sorry if I gave away the plot again]. I liked Sean in that too, but not in the same way. I think he's a fantastic actor. I don't think I saw much of him in anything, until 2001's Lord of the Rings where he plays Sam Gamgee. I love the way he feels so protective of Frodo. Bless him.

Paul is one of the stars of one of the films that I watched loads of times between the age of 14 and 16. For some reason me and one of my friends would watch Clueless over and over. Maybe it was the fact that Cher was pretty and we wanted to look like her, or that she had so much money, or maybe it was because her ex-step-brother was so darn cute.
Whatever the reason, I have always quite liked Paul Rudd, so I did not miss the opportunity to go and see him in London when he starred in Long Days Journey Into Night. He wasn't looking his ultimate best - he had a horrible beard - but all of the actors put in a great performance.

There is something very sexy about Hugh as Wolverine in X-Men. Usually huge sideburns don't do it for me, but Hugh looks gorgeous. Whenever I watch the film I wish I was Rogue, partly because I admire Anna Paquin and partly because Wolverine genuinely cares for her [not in a sexual way or anything], and that makes him seem even lovelier.
I haven't seen him in anything else so I can't really comment on his acting ability, but I think he's great in X-Men.

There is something about a man who can really dance, and Justin Timberlake can really dance. To be honest Justin isn't the greatest looking guy in the world, but he is extremely talented and when I watch and hear him perform I am completely in awe.
A man who can dance is very sexy. A man who can sing and dance is definitely worth spending some time over.
I am willing to admit that I didn't like 'N SYNC when they first tried to make it over here in England. I was in love with the Backstreet Boys and I thought 'N SYNC were copying their style etc. I now realise that it's very difficult to have the same number of members in a group, be all guys and be American without comparisons being made. And what it came down to in the end, is this:
'N SYNC are better.
They can sing better. They can certainly dance better. And they seem to be having fun whilst they're doing it. The Backstreet Boys take themselves a little too seriously these days.
There isn't much more to say on Justin, just that he is an amazing performer and I wish 'N SYNC would hurry up and tour over here!
